1. Incorrect product size. For example, if you ordered a size S but received a size M.
2. Product color mismatch. If you ordered a black item but received a white one.
For other product color issues, we will handle them according to the refund policy.
3. Receiving the wrong product. For example, if you ordered product A but received product B.
4. Incorrect design. Ordered design A but received design B.
5. The size of the design area is seriously inconsistent.
