Customer service will be temporarily unavailable during this time.

Order Deadlines:

• Other product lines: January 18

• Watch line: January 10

Orders placed before these dates will be shipped before JetPrint's holiday (January 26).

Production and Shipping Resumption:

• Other product lines: February 5

• Watch line: February 16

All orders will be processed in the order they were received.

We kindly ask that you arrange any production orders in advance to avoid delays. Please also make sure to notify your customers about the holiday schedule and update your store with the expected production times for your products.
