It's actually very simple to publish specific attributes (Color, Size) to your store. By default, all product attributes are selected.

Just enter the mockup generator, select "Product" in the sidebar, and choose the attributes you need.

This way, when you publish the product, only the selected attributes will be synchronized to your store.
