Latest update: February 8

With the latest tariff policy adjustment, all tariffs will be eliminated, and shipping costs will be reduced.

According to the latest executive order issued by the U.S. government and the emergency notice from logistics carriers, there will be major changes to the customs clearance policy and tariffs for cross-border parcels from China to the United States. To avoid any disruption to your order fulfillment and cost calculations, please carefully review the following key information and adjust your operations accordingly:

Core Policy Changes (Effective for flights departing after 12:00 PM on February 4, 2025, Beijing time)

1. The T86 small duty-free policy is completely canceled:

- The previous duty-free (De Minimis) policy for goods under $800 is terminated. All goods will now be subject to tariffs, regardless of their declared value.

- The fast customs clearance process is no longer valid and will shift to the general trade customs clearance mode, which may result in longer processing times.

2. Significant increase in tariff rates:

- All goods will now be subject to a 10% tariff increase on the original tariff rate (for example, if the original tariff rate is 20%, the new rate will be 30%).

- The overall tax rate may range from 10% to 60% or higher, depending on the product category and the U.S. Customs decision.

- We’ve confirmed the stability of the customs clearance plan with our carriers and will do our best to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

3. Potential delays in fulfillment:

- Due to uncertainties in the implementation of the U.S. Customs policy, all packages may be at risk of delays. Please plan for these changes in advance, communicate with your customers, or post relevant reminders on your website to ensure they are informed and prepared for potential delays.
