We believe this issue is most likely related to your shipping profile.
Follow these steps to resolve it:
1. Confirm the buyer’s destination
Ask the buyer for their shipping destination so you can update your shipping profile accordingly.
2. Access your shipping profile
In your Shopify admin, go to shipping and delivery and select the shipping profile for the product. For example, you can modify the general profile.
3. Add a country or region
Scroll down to the shipping zones section in the general profile and click add shipping zone.
Then, select the country or region where you want to enable shipping.
4. Set shipping rates
Enter the production time, shipping time, and shipping cost for the selected country or region(You can refer to the product details page on JetPrint for this information.).
If you want to offer free shipping, adjust the product price to include the shipping cost and prevent losses.
After making these changes, click save to apply them.
