There are two possible reasons for this:
First, your bank card may have been compromised. We strongly recommend changing your bank card password immediately.
Second, you may have set up automatic payments in your JetPrint account. If this is the case, your bank card will automatically process your order at the scheduled time. To stop these payments, please cancel the automatic payment in your account. If you are unable to do so, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
