My order is not fully printed

Due to the different materials of the product, such as mesh fabric, when printing some light colors and designs with very thin lines, the ink may not adhere well, causing some patterns to be printed incompletely.

This can happen even after multiple attempts. We strongly recommend making the thinner parts of the pattern bolder when designing.

For example, product number 703.

If your order is not fully printed due to our fault, you can submit a reprint or refund request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
